All appointments are by booking only. Walk-ins are not accepted.
A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Your deposit is deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
£10 NON-REFUNDABLEThe remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
Cash and bank transfer are accepted. If paying in cash, please bring the exact amount.
Payment must be made before leaving your appointment. Payment at a later date is not accepted.
If you're running late, please message me.
Your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
Your appointment will be cancelled and considered a no-show. Your deposit will not be refunded.
At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Please attend your appointment alone unless agreed beforehand.

The exact address will be sent the day before your appointment once your booking is confirmed and your deposit has been received.

Arriving prepared helps us make the most of your appointment and achieve the best possible result.
Please arrive with a clean face and no makeup or skincare around the eyes.
Please avoid mascara on the day of your appointment.
Avoid using lash curlers before your appointment.
Avoid oily skincare and products around the eye area.
Please remove contact lenses before your appointment.
Please arrive without strip lashes or residual strip lash glue.
Arrive on time so we can enjoy your full appointment together.
KEEP YOUR LASHES HAPPY
A little care goes a long way in keeping your lashes looking beautiful.
Gently cleanse your lashes daily with a lash shampoo or gentle cleanser to remove oil, dirt and makeup build-up.
Avoid oily skincare, makeup removers and mascara around the eyes as these can weaken the adhesive bond.
Use a clean spoolie to gently brush your lashes daily and keep them neat and in place.
Try to sleep on your back or side and avoid sleeping directly on your face to help prevent lash damage.
Avoid water, steam, saunas and heavy sweating for the first 24 hours after your appointment.
Infills every 2–3 weeks help maintain a full, fresh and flawless set.
Avoid rubbing, picking or pulling your lashes. Be gentle when cleansing around the eyes.

GOOD TO KNOW
With proper care, lash extensions last around 2–3 weeks. Regular infills will keep them looking full and fresh.
No — when applied correctly and cared for properly, extensions should not damage your natural lashes.
Yes. Please avoid water, steam and heavy sweating for the first 24 hours following your appointment.
Mascara is not recommended as it can weaken the adhesive bond and cause product build-up.
Every 2–3 weeks is ideal to maintain a full and fresh set.
Yes, but please wait 24 hours after your appointment before swimming.
Yes. Lash extensions are waterproof once the initial 24-hour aftercare period has passed.
Yes. Avoid the waterline and oil-based products around your lash extensions.
